3rd Poole Sea Scouts currently operates seven troops, as well as the Tsunami Explorer Unit who are based at our Hall. Even with seven troops, we still have to operate a waiting list due to the high demand of young people wanting to join the group. Please read the below information, as well as our Admissions and Moving On Policy attached.

What night is Beavers/Cubs/Scouts?

How much is Beavers/Cubs/Scouts?
We charge a monthly subscription fee, payable by Direct Debit, which goes towards the running of activities, maintenance/upkeep of our hall & boats alongside covering administration costs. Our group is run entirely by volunteers.
Subs are as follows:
- Beavers (6-8) – £16.55 per month
- Cubs (8-10½) – £17.10 per month
- Scouts (10½-14) – £25.10 per month
- Explorers (14-17) – £25 per quarter/£100 per year (n.b. Explorers works out less than our other sections due to the way that Explorer Scouting is subsidised by Poole District to encourage membership)
